Hello fellow Republicans and friends, and welcome to the Bilbao for Representative Campaign Website.

I have had the pleasure of serving the residents of Gem and Canyon County for the last few years and I look forward at continuing to serve you. As a former US Marine I know the importance of fighting for our freedoms and I will continue to fight for them in the legislature. I spent most of my life working for Boeing and being an active member in a number of service groups, I have met great people along the way I look forward to meeting more along my campaign trail.

For the last 3 years I have had the opportunity of addressing issues that are important my constituents. My time spent in the legislature has been put to great use: lowering the property tax burden; improving and continuing to fix our transportation issues; supported the establishing of the Idaho Meth Project to help fight the scourge of Methamphetamines in Idaho.

As your representative I want to continue to make government more accountable by making sure that the doors are always open. Improve our education system, our children are our future and we need to make sure we give them the best education possible.

In the coming months I will be going door to door, hosting forums and speaking at community events and I look forward to your questions. Remember, if you ever have any questions or concerns about what is going on in our government do not hesitate to get a hold of me, I always enjoy hearing from my constituents.
